We highly recommend Rhys and his team for honest, reliable, quality workmanship and prompt service. Rhys is very professional and friendly. He clearly explained everything and communicated with us each step of the way. Rhys is very knowledgeable and has excellent technical skills so we had every confidence in the AC unit he recommended and the installation. Rhys and his team arrived on time, made minimal mess, removed everything and cleaned up when finished. And they delivered the highest quality job. Rhys is a tradesman where reality exceeds your expectation (not an easy achievement when doing a job for a very particular ex refrigeration/ac mechanic!)

We had a job that needed to be done in a tight time frame and they completely took it in their stride, they kept us updated and reassured that everything was on schedule and installation day was quick and no disruption to the rest of the household. Rhys came and installed 2 new split systems for me (lounge and bedroom). The team at Functional Air QLD were great from quoting through to installation. I was given a variety of options that best suited my space and budget. The work area was left neat and tidy and I am very pleased with my new units. Great value and service. Will be using them for all future installs and servicing.

Great service, we called very late and these guys fixed our aircon at the last minute. Very helpful over the phone as well. Would highly recommend.
